Terms of Service for Smartstock

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Smartstock web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a Smartstock account.
- You may access the web app on one personal computer and one mobile device at a time to help maintain account security.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your devices.
- You agree not to use Smartstock for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including attempts to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- When signing in with a third-party account (e.g., Google), you are required to create a secure password within Smartstock before gaining full access, in line with our privacy and security standards.

5. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Smartstock if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activities that may harm other users or the platform.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the available in-app account management features.
- Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant updates, we will notify you through the website or via email.
